How to Record Web-ex Meeting

1) Choose a sound source

You can choose “System sound, Microphone, System sound, and microphone or None” by clicking the ‘Audio input’ drop-down button. To do so, “System sound and microphone’ is recommended to record including your voice.

2) Select a recording mode

Click on the “Record” drop-down button to choose the recording mode of action from “Full screen, Region, Audio, Web camera, Around mouse”.

In recording the Webex conference and meeting, you can use ‘Region’ to capture a specific range of the video meeting.

If only for recording Web-ex meeting audio, select “Audio”.

3) Start recording Web-ex session meeting

Before the recording, a pop-up box will appear informing you whether you are ready to start recording. Click ‘OK’ to record the meeting on Webex.

While recording you can add lines, arrows, shapes, texts, highlight, blur, etc. by clicking the edit button by the toolbar.

Click the “Stop” button to stop recording.

After that, the recorded Web-ex meeting and webinars video file can be seen on its main interface.

1. Your recorded file can be seen in the main interface. You can right-click the file and do more operations if you like.
2. Click the folder icon to view it in the pointed output folder.
