RECORD

You can record any audio from the microphone along with system sound, or just one of the two or neither at all. From recording streaming broadcast, net radio to live broadcast, to LINE and Skype calls voice calls such as chat, and video distribution services such as audio from YouTube.

There’s a lot of recording software but VideoPower YELLOW is such an excellent recorder for audio because you can schedule recordings, so even if you’re away it can create a recording task and record it automatically at the scheduled time.

You can use the “schedule recording” tool with multiple reservations. Isn’t that cool? You can save the recorded audio in the following formats, MP3, ACC, OGG, WMA, WAV, and FLAC.

LIBRARY

Open the “Library” tab to see all recorded files and of course your playlists. You can make playlists so it’s easier to keep track of the songs that you like, or your downloaded collection on Taylor Swift’s new album by clicking “Create a playlist”.

If you want to use the functions of what to do with the recorded audio and songs that you download, then click the file itself and at the bottom, there’s a list of tools that you can use.

Use “Play” to play music with the built-in player, no need to play songs on other players.

“Add local music” will allow you to manually add songs on your playlist from your computer storage.

“Convert” helps users to convert an audio file from its default format to MP3, MP2, M4A, WMA, AAC, AC3, FLAC, and WAV. You also have the freedom to choose the quality, may it be, LOW, STANDARD OR HIGH. Of course, you’ll choose high.

There is also a function in this tool to merge several files into one. Check on the files that you want and check “Merge into one file” and hit “START”.

There is a default folder for VideoPower YELLOW in your computer storage, but if you have a specific folder in mind for your files, then you can customize that on “Output”.

“Edit” opens the “Audio Waveform Editing Tool”. Unnecessary part cuts, volume adjustment, etc. can be edited.
“Add to iTunes” will make it possible for users to transfer music to iTunes. You can convert multiple files to MP3 that can be transferred to the iTunes library and transfer them at once.

“Rename” as to its name, you can change the default file name of the audio into anything you like and it will be automatically changed in the file folder destination.

“Remove” allows you to remove the audio file from your list. While “Delete” can delete the selected music from the library file list.

“Identify” or ID3 information (song name, artist, album, thumbnail image, etc.) of recorded music can be recognized automatically.

“ID3 Editor” will let you edit or input more information about the file.

“Open folder” opens the folder where the recorded file is saved. Looking at the lists of the recording, default playlist, playlist 1 and so on, users can input their playlist titles and add songs to it by clicking on the song name and then click “Add to playlist”.

SEARCH

Clicking the “Search” tab and entering the name of the artist or the song you want to download and click the search button. Then a list of files that can be downloaded is displayed. Listen to the music by hitting the “headset” icon and click the “download” button on the right side of the file you want to download.

That’s it! That’s how easy it is to download music.

DOWNLOAD

This is where users can find their downloading and downloaded files. This downloader function is not only for that. You can see “Video to MP3 Converter” where you can paste video URLs and download and convert it to an audio file.

You’re not limited to one format. You can choose from MP3, MP2, M4A, WMA, AAC, AC3, FLAC, and WAV. Not only that, you have 3 options for the quality; low, standard and high. Standard is the default quality so if you want to change it, click it and choose one.

If you have videos in your local storage and want to convert it to audios, then VideoPower YELLOW is for you! Instead of pasting the URL, click “Convert local video file”. Isn’t that simple but cool?

RADIO

VideoPower YELLOW has various built-in music radio stations. Do you know what means? You can record music while playing the radio!

When you switch to “Radio”, there is a list of genres is displayed. Click on the genre you are interested in to see the list of radio stations. Double-click the recorded radio station to play it.

TOOLS
CD Burner will enable the user to burn files and data into a blank CD. While CD Ripper will convert the music CD into audio files and save it on your computer.

SETTINGS
In the settings, users can customize some things. Like hotkeys and other particular commands. Users can select from languages available as well if they are not comfortable using the default one, which is English.
