2. Restart your computer, log in to your Windows administrator account, and make sure that your network runs normally.

3. Close security software temporarily.

4. Download the latest VideoPower RED version on the link below:
VideoPower RED Updated to Ver6.2.3.0

5. Right-click the installer, select “Run as administrator” to install the program again.
